Oracle Employees Skip Out on $33,000 Strip Club Bill
Larry Ellison is continuing his push to be the supervillain San Francisco deserves. He already has supervillain money, a supervillain island, and now, after cheating in his own yacht race, his minions are running wild across the city defrauding exotic dancers.
The San Francisco Chronicle reports that "a San Francisco strip club is suing Oracle after one of its employees ran up $33,540 in charges on a company credit card."
Oracle refused to pay the bill. The suit, filed in San Francisco Superior Court, comes just as Oracle OpenWorld's mega conference gets rolling, bringing an estimated 60,000 conventioneers to town.
When your boss is a cheat, it's not hard to imagine why you'd ditch a big bill, too.
