Twitter COO Quits Job
In April, the Wall Street Journal asked us to "Meet Twitter's Mr. Fix-It: Ali Rowghani." Today, Rowghani tweeted some news: he's done with the company, effective immediately.
Goodbye Twitter. It's been an amazing ride, and I will cherish the memories.

Although the Financial Times reports he'll technically remain a Twitter employee as a "strategic advisor to the chief executive," his days as "Mr Fix-It" are definitely over. This is a tacit acknowledgement that Rowghani's mission, to jumpstart Twitter's investor-frightening growth, was a failure.
It also jibes with all the backchannel griping on Secret, where Twitter has been described as an executive leadership nightmare time and time again. This won't help.
