The bipartisan House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee has an important message for you on this Independence Day weekend: if you're frustrated by traffic, try a $3,000 private helicopter. It's #innovation, and that's as American as it gets.

Oh, you mean the free phone service provided by the government for low income individuals, intended to help them be reachable so that they could obtain jobs? The program that was originally landline only, but extended to cell phone service under President George W Bush when it was determined that cell phone service was cheaper than landline? The same program that is not allowed to pay for equipment, only service? (any phones that are free are paid for by the service provider, not the government).
