Elon Musk: Facebook's Immigration PAC Is Too "Kissinger-esque"
Space-privatizer and car-electrifier Elon Musk is still one of the precious few (openly) honest people in the tech immigration debate right now: he minced zero words to AllThingsD about ditching Zuckerberg & Co. over their political machinations.
“Initially, I agreed to be a part of FWD.us because I agree with immigration reform,” Musk said. “But I think the methods that were employed — it was a little too Kissinger-esque, Realpolitik,” he said.
With almost every imaginable powerful Silicon Valley figure aligned with FWD.us (at least on paper), Musk deserves credit for being a vocal dissident. Now he just needs someone to keep him company.
