Like an ancient forest, Parker is also going to spend a good chunk of money to get inside your vital organs: The Next Web says he's part of a $75 million funding round for NJOY electronic cigarettes. Let's change the world. Let's do it. First stop, breathing:

“As an entrepreneur and investor I’m drawn to disruptive companies in explosive new markets,” Parker said. “The common thread between these companies is a missionary desire to leverage technology to change the world. I’m optimistic that the clever application of technology might someday obsolete the combustion cigarette and all the harm it causes.”

Absent from Parker's vision of the future is the fact that gadget cigarettes have health risks of their own. It's also interesting to call out "explosive" markets, as e-cigs have been known to literally explode in their owners' faces. [via Betabeat]
