There hasn't been a single piece of good news from Fab.com in a very long time. Layoffs, mismanagement, plummeting morale, and executive reshuffles have erased Fab's early rep as a cheery decor startup with tons of money in the bank. Now, the bad can't get much worse: we're hearing Fab is already starting to shut down.

We're hearing more terrible things to come from online throw pillow emporium Fab.com: a source close to the company says "Fab is going to reduce its NY office down to 20 to 25 people" (down from a few hundred) and is "selling their warehouse in NJ." That would be a complete meltdown.

The Wall Street Journal reports that two more execs have left Fab, the once spendthrift and now struggling ecommerce company, including CFO David Lapter. A leaked memo from CEO Jason Goldberg recently named Lapter as one of the "refounders" who would guide Fab from 2014-2017.
