Look, I'm not saying that startup culture is generally one of spoiled manchildren and poorly prioritized money, but shelter-finding service Airbnb is looking for a full-time baker.

According to the job posting, "The baker will create, design, and deliver a high-volume, made-with-love baking and healthy dessert program in our fun and growing office food environment." Read: you'll be baking a lot. But this isn't your average yeast operation:

A collaborative and entrepreneurial role, this chef will take the lead in much of the in-house production of baked goods, snacks and other staples that will set our food program apart as a model for responsible and holistic food service.

The cafeteria is not a cafeteria, it is a holistic food service, and you better know your way around a paleo diet fishfest before applying. Really, though, this does seem like a complete fucking dream job for anyone who is a baker, unless the idea of a "condiment program" is too twee to bear.
