Uber Is Now the Uber for Planes
God, does Uber have to do everything around here? Since Blackjet, the Uber for private planes, has crashed and burned, the company that once let you hail cars with your smartphone is temporarily letting users do the same with planes.
Private jets from Paris to Cannes during the film festival will cost $8,930, which "can be split between three jetsetters." (Just Venmo it.) The partnership with Goodwill mentioned in the ad above is Goodwill, the French VIP and private jet company—not Goodwill Industries, the non-profit, or the goodwill, the intangible asset a company acquires by reputation.
