From Kara Swisher's latest tech profile in Vanity Fair, one of those "this is indicative of something profound and strange, but I'm not exactly sure what" moments:

Saturday, [Instagram founder Kevin] Systrom was back at [Mark] Zuckerberg’s to formalize the negotiations and come to an official acquisition agreement, which they would both sign. Their back-and-forth was interrupted by a television-watching party for Game of Thrones that Zuckerberg, an avid fan, was throwing. Systrom spent much of the time outside in the yard, on the phone to the lawyers. “I didn’t watch the show,” he says.

I guess it's easier to spend a billion dollars on app after you've watched an hour of the Lannisters.
